Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIG10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,432 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSIG10-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUSP15, GOLGA8A, and KRT8P9. Each is linked with VSIG10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG10-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSIG10 versus DUSP15 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSIG10→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSIG10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
