Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIG10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 583 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSIG10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL36P18, RNU6-764P, and MIR4726. Each is linked with VSIG10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG10-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG10 results are reported.
