Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIG10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSIG10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, PDK1_pS241, and VHL. Each is linked with VSIG10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG10-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by VSIG10-low versus VSIG10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSIG10→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSIG10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
