Across TCGA cell cohorts, VSIG10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,413 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSIG10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Magnesium ion homeostasis, and Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with VSIG10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG10-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG10 results are reported.
