Across TCGA cell cohorts, VSIG10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSIG10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLPS, TRIM60, and HHLA1. Each is linked with VSIG10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG10-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG10 results are reported.
