Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,297 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSIG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3IP1, ADAP1, and NPDC1. Each is linked with VSIG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG1-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSIG1 versus PIK3IP1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
