VSIG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,001 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSIG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND1P4, LMF2, and AP1B1. Each is linked with VSIG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG1-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND1P4 grouped by VSIG1-low versus VSIG1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSIG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSIG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
