Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSIG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Notch1, and STAT5a. Each is linked with VSIG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG1-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG1 results are reported.
