VRK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VRK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,657 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VRK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VRK3_S136, PRMT1, and PPP5C. Each is linked with VRK3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VRK3-to-partner and partner-to-VRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VRK3 versus VRK3_S136 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
