VRK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VRK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,400 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUVBL2, AEBP1, and COL1A1. Each is linked with VRK3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VRK3-to-partner and partner-to-VRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VRK3 versus RUVBL2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
