VRK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VRK3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Ku80, and MEK1. Each is linked with VRK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VRK3-to-partner and partner-to-VRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by VRK3-low versus VRK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
