VPS9D1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS9D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,163 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS9D1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein folding, Heparan sulfate proteoglycan catabolic process, and Regulation of sphingolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with VPS9D1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS9D1-to-partner and partner-to-VPS9D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein folding grouped by VPS9D1-low versus VPS9D1-high in ACC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS9D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS9D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
