VPS8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,951 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL20, HMG20A, and CRTC3. Each is linked with VPS8 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS8-to-partner and partner-to-VPS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS8 versus KLHL20 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
