VPS8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,819 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR2H, PAK2, and PCYT1A. Each is linked with VPS8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS8-to-partner and partner-to-VPS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS8 versus POLR2H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
