Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,124 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA5, TYMS, and CDKN3. Each is linked with VPS8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS8-to-partner and partner-to-VPS8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS8 versus CDCA5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
