Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,855 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL472P, METTL21A, and OR5D2P. Each is linked with VPS8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS8-to-partner and partner-to-VPS8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL472P grouped by VPS8-low versus VPS8-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
