Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Stathmin. Each is linked with VPS8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS8-to-partner and partner-to-VPS8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by VPS8-low versus VPS8-high in UCEC.
