Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,528 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of macroautophagy, Protein targeting to vacuole, and Protein desumoylation. Each is linked with VPS8 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS8-to-partner and partner-to-VPS8 results are reported.
