VPS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM95, SERPINA2, and HHLA1. Each is linked with VPS8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS8-to-partner and partner-to-VPS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM95 grouped by VPS8-low versus VPS8-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
