VPS72

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS72 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,424 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS72-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, C1orf35, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with VPS72 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS72-to-partner and partner-to-VPS72 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS72 versus POGZ in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS72→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
