VPS72

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS72 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,828 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS72-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRUNE1, TAF5, and SUV39H2. Each is linked with VPS72 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS72-to-partner and partner-to-VPS72 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS72 versus PRUNE1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS72→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
