Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS72 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,704 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS72-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA 3'-end processing, Positive regulation of ERK1 and ERK2 cascade, and Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery. Each is linked with VPS72 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS72-to-partner and partner-to-VPS72 results are reported.
