VPS52

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,175 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS52-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX9, WRNIP1, and NELFB. Each is linked with VPS52 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS52-to-partner and partner-to-VPS52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS52→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
