VPS50

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,899 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS50-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YWHAG, MEPCE, and GTF2I. Each is linked with VPS50 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS50-to-partner and partner-to-VPS50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS50 versus YWHAG in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS50→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
