Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS50 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,212 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS50-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN12, PEX1, and GSTK1. Each is linked with VPS50 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS50-to-partner and partner-to-VPS50 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS50 versus CLDN12 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS50→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
