Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS50 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,732 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS50-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VPS51, VPS52, and VPS53. Each is linked with VPS50 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS50-to-partner and partner-to-VPS50 results are reported.
