Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS50 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,690 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS50-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUTF2P3, PSAT1P4, and RP9P. Each is linked with VPS50 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS50-to-partner and partner-to-VPS50 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUTF2P3 grouped by VPS50-low versus VPS50-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS50→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
