Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,275 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS50-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting to vacuole, Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, and Protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with VPS50 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS50-to-partner and partner-to-VPS50 results are reported.
