VPS50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS50 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 305 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS50-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-6, SNU13, and COCH. Each is linked with VPS50 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS50-to-partner and partner-to-VPS50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP10-6 grouped by VPS50-low versus VPS50-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS50→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
