Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS4B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,294 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBP, TXNL1, and NARS1. Each is linked with VPS4B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS4B-to-partner and partner-to-VPS4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS4B versus MBP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
