Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,287 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ESCRT complex disassembly, ESCRT III complex disassembly, and Regulation of mitotic spindle assembly. Each is linked with VPS4B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS4B-to-partner and partner-to-VPS4B results are reported.
