VPS4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,303 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX38, EDC4, and TERF2. Each is linked with VPS4A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS4A-to-partner and partner-to-VPS4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS4A versus DHX38 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
