Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS4A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, eIF4E, and FoxM1. Each is linked with VPS4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS4A-to-partner and partner-to-VPS4A results are reported.
