Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,447 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle uncoating, Anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Viral transcription. Each is linked with VPS4A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS4A-to-partner and partner-to-VPS4A results are reported.
