Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF831, TAFA1, and CENPVL1. Each is linked with VPS4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS4A-to-partner and partner-to-VPS4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF831 grouped by VPS4A-low versus VPS4A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
