VPS45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,595 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS45-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, RPRD2_S928, and C1orf35. Each is linked with VPS45 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS45-to-partner and partner-to-VPS45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS45 versus POGZ in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS45→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
