Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS45 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,665 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS45-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB22A, FAM8A1, and SHISA4. Each is linked with VPS45 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS45-to-partner and partner-to-VPS45 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS45 versus RAB22A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS45→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
