VPS45

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS45 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS45-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Fibronectin, and GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9. Each is linked with VPS45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS45-to-partner and partner-to-VPS45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by VPS45-low versus VPS45-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS45→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
