VPS39

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS39 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,897 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS39-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TP53BP1, TP53BP1_S1114, and TP53BP1_S552. Each is linked with VPS39 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS39-to-partner and partner-to-VPS39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS39 versus TP53BP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS39→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
