VPS39

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS39 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,120 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS39-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFMBT2, FAM83D, and TTK. Each is linked with VPS39 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS39-to-partner and partner-to-VPS39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS39 versus SFMBT2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS39→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
