Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS39 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS39-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, NDRG1_pT346, and YB-1. Each is linked with VPS39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS39-to-partner and partner-to-VPS39 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by VPS39-low versus VPS39-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS39→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
