Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS39 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,556 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS39-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of organelle assembly, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with VPS39 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS39-to-partner and partner-to-VPS39 results are reported.
