Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS37C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS37C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, MAGEB4, and SPHKAP. Each is linked with VPS37C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS37C-to-partner and partner-to-VPS37C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP26 grouped by VPS37C-low versus VPS37C-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS37C→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS37C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
