The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher VPS37B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VPS37B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, BLCA, and COAD are the cancer types where VPS37B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
