The most reproducible VPS37B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HIP1R, TSG101, and MCM2. Each is linked with VPS37B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS37B-to-partner and partner-to-VPS37B results are reported.
