Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS37B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,864 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS37B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANXA3, MPP1, and CYP7B1. Each is linked with VPS37B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS37B-to-partner and partner-to-VPS37B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS37B versus ANXA3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS37B→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS37B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
