Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS36-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPHS2 and PRRG3. Each is linked with VPS36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS36-to-partner and partner-to-VPS36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPHS2 grouped by VPS36-low versus VPS36-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
