The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher VPS35L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VPS35L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
ESCA, LUAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where VPS35L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
