Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS35L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS35L-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PCNA, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with VPS35L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS35L-to-partner and partner-to-VPS35L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by VPS35L-low versus VPS35L-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS35L→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS35L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
