The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher VPS33B mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VPS33B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and CCRCC show a favorable association.
LUAD, HNSC, and GBM are the cancer types where VPS33B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
